Here’s what to expect when you come into BODability for an appointment.

Before your appointment

  • Be patient and assess your needs. Your therapists will prioritize urgent/acute/emergency patients.

  • You will be virtually screened for risk of COVID-19

  • Ask your practitioner about new public health measures in place

When you arrive/during your treatment

  • You will be screened for risk of COVID-19

  • Wash your hands and wear a mask

  • Practice physical distancing

  • Arrive alone, as close to your appointment time as possible

Behind-the-scenes

  • Linens, blankets, pillows, and all treatment tools will be changed and disinfected after each appointment

  • Treatment rooms will be completely cleaned and disinfected

  • High-touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected

After your appointment

  • Wash your hands

  • Practice physical distancing

  • E-transfer, credit card, and debit card payments are preferred when possible
