We offer in-person and virtual personal training and movement coaching programs.
Dr. Monica Chadha, recently developed her Hybrid Health Coaching Programs, designed to help you optimize your movement ability and really tackle your health, and helping you keep accountable to your goals and program. What to expect at a personal training session:
Before your session
Your coach will connect with you to discuss their assessment process and what you will need to get started. All you have to do is show up, that’s the first step.
Remember to wear or bring clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement.
During your session
Your coach will not only tell you what to do, but how and why.
You and your coach are always working together towards a common goal, and you’ll receive the knowledge and support you need to succeed.
After your session
In addition to creating an exercise plan, your coach will uncover any areas for improvement with your eating habits, daily activities, and stressors that affect or form your lifestyle. Together, you’ll decide on the actions that work for you to create lasting changes, both in and out of the gym.
