It’s International Women’s Day, and here’s me being exactly who I am: uncomfortable in front of a camera. Last year I was granted the honour of presenting a keynote speech on Resilience and sharing my story. Non-exercise activity thermogenics = NEAT
These are calories burned during normal every day activities. That’s right! You burn calories from EVERYTHING: breathing, fidgeting, talking, laughing, walking, eating, moving your eye balls, and wiggling your ears. EVERYTHING!
